If you ask me to take photos in a river, we are immediately best friends. Rivers are my favorite locations EVER! They are beautiful, refreshing, & soooo much fun! The setting allows for so much diversity and soooo many beautiful options. Add in a fun and energetic couple and you have all the magic!

Savannah and Jacob were so much fun to photograph during their engagement session in Spring Branch. They were up for anything & seriously gave me free range on this whole session. Their sweet and fun personalities really shined in photos as they laughed their way throughout the session. If there’s one thing I wish I could could let every client know, it’s that the best photos come from when you just let go of all of your expectations & let me work my magic. ROLLL WITH IT.

Savannah put a bid on a session I donated to a local silent auction & she won!! So we started planning & came up with the perfect engagement session for her and Jacob. This session started at 8am to make sure we didn’t deal with a super packed crowd. We also had the best lighting because well… the early bird gets the worm :) It also wasn’t super hot like we all know Texas can be. We had to be up early, but it was soooo worth it.

We spent a good 2 hours shooting & they had 2 different outfits (to be featured later). The 2 hours of shooting were filled with so much love and laughter. We cracked jokes the entire time and had so much fun chatting. I had never met Savannah and Jacob before shooting, but it felt like we had known each other all of our lives. I love the happiness and youthfulness that was capturing during this session. Much congratulations to this sweet couple!
